Blanched Head of cabbage in Water. Let it Drain and cool then remove the leaves
Sauté
1 Cup Onions Chopped
3 Cloves Garlic Minced
Add little oil, Sauté until Onions are Translucent
Add Saute pan
2 Cups Pepper Half a piece of each Bell Peppers - red pepper, yellow and green pepper
Cook with Garlic and Onions until Peppers are tender
Make Mashed 3 Medium Potatoes
In a Bowl
A small tin of Tuna, drained
Mashed Potatoes
Salt & Pepper To Taste
1/2 tsp Turmeric
1 Tbsp Olive oil
Mix Well
Batter mixture for Dipping the Cabbage Rolls in
2/3 Cup white flour
1/8 tsp Yeast
1 tsp Paprika
1/4 Cardamon
Black Pepper To Taste
1 Cup Filtered Water
Mix well to a thin consistency.
Frying method is your choice.
In a Pan add Oil and Heat
Place Cabbage Rolls and Bast
Flip to Cook and Crisp the other side

Air Fry
Pre-heat for 5 minutes - as well as drying cabbage rolls
Spray with Cooking Oil
