Recipe that corresponds with videos above. 

Blanched Head of cabbage in Water. Let it Drain and cool then remove the leaves

Sauté
1 Cup Onions Chopped
3 Cloves Garlic Minced
Add little oil, Sauté until Onions are Translucent
Add Saute pan
2 Cups Pepper Half a piece of each Bell Peppers - red pepper, yellow and green pepper
Cook with Garlic and Onions until Peppers are tender

Make Mashed 3 Medium Potatoes

In a Bowl 
A small tin of Tuna, drained
Mashed Potatoes 
Salt & Pepper To Taste
1/2 tsp Turmeric
1 Tbsp Olive oil
Mix Well Batter mixture for Dipping the Cabbage Rolls in 2/3 Cup white flour 
1/8 tsp Yeast
1 tsp Paprika 
1/4 Cardamon 
Black Pepper To Taste
1 Cup Filtered Water
Mix well to a thin consistency.

Frying method is your choice.
In a Pan add Oil and Heat
Place Cabbage Rolls and Bast
Flip to Cook and Crisp the other side
or
Air Fry
Pre-heat for 5 minutes - as well as drying cabbage rolls
Spray with Cooking Oil

2 Tbsp Coconut Milk
2 Eggs Beaten 
1 14 oz Can Cream Corn 

Dry Ingredients
3/4 Cup Spelt Flour 
3/4 Cup Oat Flour
2 tsp Baking Powder
Salt & Pepper to Taste

Method
In a bowl beat 2 Eggs and add 2 Tsp Milk.
In a Larger Bowl add all Dry Ingredients and Mix Well
Add Cream Corn & Egg Mixture
Blend Well

In a Medium PreHeated *Pan add 1/4 Cup of batter to create a Pancake.  Wait for little bubbles and Flip & Brown.

14 oz Cauliflower Break up the Head 
15 oz Beets Pickled & Juice
Carrots & Cauliflower Steamed in an Instant Pot for 1 minute 
Add to Blender Steamed Carrots, Cauliflower & Pickles Beets & Juice, Puree for 1 minute in Ninja.

Brown Meat
1 oz Garlic Minced
5 oz Onions Chopped
18 oz Duo Burger
Garlic, Onions & Duo Burger into an Instant Pot Saute Normal while preparing the following Ingredients. 

Vegetable & Spices
8 oz Celery Chopped
5 oz Green Peppers
7 oz Mushrooms Sliced
1 Tsp Paprika
1 Tsp Basil
1 Tbsp Cilantro
1/2 tsp Mexican Chili Powder
1/2 Tbsp Thyme
1/2 Tbs Rosemary
1 tsp H Salt

Pepper to Taste

After the Duo is Brown add Vegetables, Spices & Tomato Replacement
Instant Pot Slow Cook Normal for 3 to 4 hours or Manual High Pressure for 15 minutes with the Valve to the back.  Serve over Pasta of Choice.

Cabbage Roll Meat, Meatloaf Meal



I had Leftover Cabbage Roll Meat now what do I do..... Oh Ya, create a  Meatloaf.  I decided to make the Meatloaf a complete meal and make it in the Instant Pot.  I make a ring around the outside of the pot with the meatloaf.
I had Light Bulb moment that leads to a Creative way to put a Great Meal on the Table.  
To my Surprise the meatloaf did not taste like I was repeating Cabbage Rolls, it has it own wonderful Flavor.   After we tried the meatloaf the question is, Is that a Do Over?  Yup, Now when I make Cabbage Rolls I know I am making a Meatloaf also :-)
