Cabbage Rolls in an Instant Pot

Cabbage Roll Meat, Meat Loaf in an Instant Pot

Recipe
This recipe is in small portions than I used in the Video.

Ingredients:

1 Cabbage Whole

1 lb Ground Round

1/2 C Rice

1 C Onions Chopped 

2 Cloves Garlic Finely Chopped 

2 TBSP Paprika 

Salt & Pepper to taste 

Worcestershire Sauce to Taste

1/4 C Water

1 C Sauerkraut 

Method:

-     I layered the bottom of the iPot Liner with the small cabbage leaves

-     then I put a layer of sauerkraut on top of the leaves

-     then the cabbage rolls

-     tomato paste on top of the rolls

-     salt & pepper

Instant Pot on High Pressure 30 minutes.
