Cranberry, Pumpkin Seed, Bran Flakes Muffins


Spray 12 Muffins Cups
Preheat Oven 400 F - Bake for 20 minutes

Ingredients 
Ingredients Dry in Large Bowl
1 1/2 C PC Blue Menu Bran Flake Cereal
1 3/4 C Spelt Flour
1 Tbsp Baking Powder
1 C Cranberries Dried & Pumpkin Seeds
1 Tbsp Cinnamon

Ingredients Wet in a Small Bowl
1/4 C Coconut Milk
1/2 C Palm Sugar, Brown Sugar
1 Egg
1/4 C Applesauce

Method
Mix all the dry ingredients in large bowl.
Mix all the wet ingredients in small bowl.
Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients stir until mixed.
Divide evenly among 12 muffin cups.
