Cheese, Broccoli & Ham Sauce or Soup
Using an Instant Pot

This is a recipe that I make early in the day. It keeps perfectly with the warm setting for dinner time. On the conventional stove top I would have to cook this recipe and serve immediately, for fear of scorching or the sauce would loose its creamy texture.
Ingredients:
1/4 Cup Coconut Oil or Butter1/2 Cup Spelt Flour or White Flour
to Taste Salt & Pepper
1/2 Cup Onions Chop
3 Large Garlic Cloves Minced
3 1/2 C Coconut Milk or Cows Milk
10 ounces Fresh Uncooked Broccoli Stocks Sliced
to Taste Ham to Taste
to Taste Favourite Cheese
Method:
3 Large Garlic Cloves Minced
3 1/2 C Coconut Milk or Cows Milk
10 ounces Fresh Uncooked Broccoli Stocks Sliced
to Taste Ham to Taste
to Taste Favourite Cheese
Method:
| 1/4 Cup Coconut Oil Set on Sauté Less |
| Add to Coconut Oil 1/2 Cup Spelt Flour |
| Add Salt & Pepper to Taste |
| Stir Frequently |
While Oil is heating
Prep 1/2 Cup Onions Chop
Add to Previous Ingredients
| Stir Frequently Prepare Garlic |
| 3 Large Cloves Garlic Minced |
Add Garlic
Continue Sauté on Low
Allow for Garlic to Sauté
Coconut Milk
Add Coconut Milk in increments
Stir Frequently
Be sure not to scorch the milk!
| Allow mixture to thicken then add more Coconut Milk |
| 10 ounces of Fresh uncooked Broccoli Stocks Sliced Adds Moisture |
| I used Frozen Ham to Taste Adds Moisture |
| Cover, Set Vent Forward, Set on Slow Cook Low Allow for the Broccoli to cook to desired firmness |
| Add your Favourite Cheese Let it melt & Serve Enjoy your Soup or Sauce over Paste |
