Ingredients:
27 ounces Pork Frozen - Make with meat of your Choice
1/2 Cup Water, Filtered
5 or 6 Cloves of Garlic Minced
4 Large Beets
4 Carrots
2 Medium Potatoes or 1 Large Potato
1 Onion Large
2 Cups Coleslaw or Cabbage
1 Bunch of Fresh Dill - Finely Chopped
1/2 Cup White Vinegar
900 ml Beef Broth, Carton
Himalayan Salt & Pepper to Taste
Method:
Set Instant Pot: Slow Cook, More - Add Pork & 1/2 Cup Filtered Water
Prep Garlic add to iPot
Prep Onions add to iPot
Cube Pork
After Preparing Beets, Carrots, Potatoes, Dill Add to iPot
Add Beef Broth, Salt & Pepper
Add 2 Cups Coleslaw/Cabbage
Add Vinegar
Set Instant Pot: Manual, High Pressure 30 mins
Vent pushed to the back
Let Depressurize Naturally
